Women's Trauma & Healthy Relationships Group

This Monthly psycho-educational support group is for women ages 30-39 who are seeking guidance on how to heal from past or present trauma. The group is offered virtually and is led by a trauma-informed therapist. The group will provide a safe space for women who are trauma survivors to learn, grow, and heal. The cost is $35/session. Sessions are held every 3rd Monday of the month starting

October 21st at 7pm.

This is also a maintenance group for those who want a check in after completing therapy treatment goals.
